HR Generalist

Description We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a dynamic non-profit team in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a contract position where you will play a key role in supporting various human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration. Your expertise will help ensure smooth HR operations and foster a positive work environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and maintaining a positive workplace culture. u2022 Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a seamless integration into the organization. u2022 Assist in administering employee benefits programs and addressing related inquiries. u2022 Support HR administrative functions, including maintaining employee records and documentation. u2022 Utilize HRIS systems to track employee data and generate reports. u2022 Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. u2022 Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies. u2022 Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures. u2022 Conduct training sessions to enhance employee knowledge in HR-related areas. u2022 Participate in recruitment activities to attract and retain top talent. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution. u2022 Strong knowledge of HR administration practices, including onboarding and benefits. u2022 Familiarity with HRIS systems and ability to use them effectively. u2022 Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements. u2022 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. u2022 Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. u2022 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
