CAD Drafter

Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to support our architects and interior designers in developing detailed drawings and construction documents for hospitality projects. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in AutoCAD and understands the nuances of both architectural and interior design documentation. Key Responsibilities u2022u2003Prepare accurate architectural and interior design drawings, plans, elevations, and details in AutoCAD. u2022u2003Convert conceptual sketches, designer mark-ups, and redlines into clear, buildable construction documents. u2022u2003Coordinate with project managers, architects, and interior designers to ensure all drawings meet design intent, brand standards, and building codes. u2022u2003Maintain organized digital files and drawing sets throughout the design and construction phases. u2022u2003Assist with revisions and updates to plans during permitting and construction administration.
