Working collaboratively, this positionsupports strategic initiatives that strengthen donor relationships, growthe alumni giving pipeline, and foster meaningful connections to theschool. The Development Specialist contributes to the planning andexecution of high-impact programs and events, uses data and insights toenhance engagement strategies, and serves as a trusted partner tointernal and external stakeholders. Through thoughtful coordination,clear communication, and relationship-centered work, this role offers aunique opportunity to be only the second person to shape and grow anevolving position that strengthens philanthropy and alumni engagementfor the School of Medicine and Public Health. Ideal for an earlycareerprofessional, this role provides handson experience, meaningfulresponsibility, and the chance to make a real impact from day one. Thisposition may require some work to be performed in-person, onsite, at adesignated campus work location. Some work may be performed remotely, atan offsite, non-campus work location.
