PositionOverview The Epic Application Analyst will work on business systemsdesign, configuration, upgrades, and improvements for both MyChart andCheers. As a primary support contact for application end-users, the EpicApplication Analyst will work to identify issues that arise in theapplication area, as well as issues that impact other application teams,and work to resolve them. The Epic Application Analyst will performimpact analysis of desired changes, build and test systems changes, andidentify areas of improvement associated with platform performance andopportunities to enable business processes and requirements. EssentialDuties Include, but are not limited to, the following: Responsible forbusiness systems design and configuration, upgrades, and improvementsfor low complexity applications using established processes andprocedures. Estimate and assess impact of requested changes to assignedbusiness system and/or platform. Guide workflow design, configure andtest system changes, and analyze technical issues. Develop new processesand procedures in partnership with leadership and business teams. Createand maintain technical documentation. Contribute to peer design and codereviews. Identify issues that arise in the application area, as well asissues that impact other application teams, and work to resolve them.Create and maintain system documentation. Liaise with business systemsstakeholders and software vendor's implementation staff to ensurealignment of business needs with the delivery of system changes. Developan understanding of operational needs to set the direction for theorganization's workflows; proactively identify opportunities to improvebusiness workflow with technology improvements. Help develop, document,and participate in trainings and work with end users. Troubleshootproblems and questions, and provide regular updates on status. Provideend-user production support for issues entered into issue trackingsystems. Review the status of projects and issues with projectleadership. Demonstrate flexibility...
