JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job#: 3019279 Job Description: TelecommunicationsAnalyst 3 Provides technical assistance in support and preparation oftelecom technologies, primarily focused on telecommunicationsinfrastructure management, deployment, and maintenance. Requires workingknowledge of and experience with networking, mobile, desk phones, anddesktop technologies including, but not limited to, desktopapplications, smart phones (iOS), VoIP, and PBX telecom systems. Must beable to work independently or as part of a team. In- state, day travelin State-owned vehicles is expected. Occasional long hours are possible,but limited. This is a 100% remote position with office visits asneeded. Applicants must reside within the State of Wisconsin. The DOCtelecom group manages: Cisco infrastructure and endpoints Mitel VoIP PBXand ACD Telecommunication Company management Smart phone supportAirwatch Apple Business Management Video conferencing account managementMinimally qualified applicants must have: Working knowledge ofTelecommunication concepts such as SIP, H323 and other VoIP technologiesWorking knowledge of Networking concepts Experience with Cisco phonesand infrastructure DOC requires background checks to be performedinternally.
