Mid USD $23.99/Hr. Overview Our Call Center (internallyknown as the Member Solutions Center) is growing, and we're seekingcompassionate, detail-oriented Call Center Specialists to join us. As aCall Center Specialist, you'll be the foundation of our members'experience, delivering best-in-class service through inbound calls. UW Credit Union's commitment to servingour Spanish speaking members, and the community, has resulted insignificant need for Spanish-bilingual skills in our Member SolutionsCenter. Hours: 8:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday, with rotating Saturdays(9:00am-1:00pm). Pay: Starting wage $20.50/hour with potential forhigher base wage based on experience. Spanish bilingual candidates willreceive a $1.25/hour premium. Location: Madison, WI (ability to work athome 2 days per week (& Saturdays) based on performance/role progressafter training).
