We have over 2,300people who are #HappyatFoley, and we think you will be too. #LI-HybridThe Intellectual Property (IP) Docket Analyst is responsible foranalyzing incoming mail, including electronic mail, hard copy mail andfaxes, and other pertinent data to be entered into the IP Docketingdatabase; runs and clears daily dockets; prepares special reports forattorneys and clients. Responsibilities Analyze incoming correspondencerelated to the prosecution of intellectual property rights, discerningthe pertinent information and entering it into the docketing databaseReconcile client, foreign agent and attorney correspondence againstdocketed due dates in order to rectify the daily docket Research theCode of Federal Regulations, Manual of Industrial Property, Kluwer IPLaw and other Intellectual Property resources to resolve complexdocketing issues Professional and effective communication with attorneysand staff, to include answering docket related questions Timelypreparation of customized reports Resolve inaccuracies and otherassociated requests where applicable Perform all other job relatedduties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentrequired Minimum of three (3) years' experience in IP Docketingrequired US Patent prosecution knowledge required; foreign and/ortrademark prosecution knowledge a plus In support of transparency andequity in the workplace, Foley provides salary ranges for all positions.The figures below represent the full compensation range of thisposition.
