TheMortgage Broker Sales Manager is responsible for managing andmaintaining current mortgage broker business relationships and seekingnew accounts through sales, marketing, and referrals within an assignedmarket. The Mortgage Broker Sales Manager is an officer-level position.This position offers a base salary ranging from $75,000 to $80,000 peryear. Additional compensation may be earned based on successfulreferrals for retail loans, such as Home Equity Lines of Credit and HomeEquity Loans. The Mortgage Broker Sales Manager is an officer-levelposition. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and maintain long-termpartnerships with mortgage brokers, ensuring consistent communication,support, and strategic collaboration to drive business growth. Identify,cultivate, and expand new business opportunities through strategic salesinitiatives, targeted marketing efforts, and strong referral networks,driving sustained growth and market presence. Manage the broker reviewand new broker presentation process. Educate brokers on our loan packagesubmission procedures, underwriting process, loan programs, andcompliance requirements. Update brokers on changes to bank programs viae-mail, telephone, and in-person visits. Resolve conflicts betweenbrokers and the bank. Material participation in industry organizationssuch as the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association to ensure bankvisibility within the mortgage broker community. Coordinate and activelyparticipate in a variety of after-hour events, fostering meaningfulconnections, enhancing brand presence, and strengthening professionalrelationships. Responsible for supervision of sales support staff.Conduct performance evaluations, coach sessions, train, and carry outprogressive disciplinary action as needed.
