And if that's you we would love to haveyou join us Job Description As the USA Government Contracts manager,you will be responsible for developing product proposals and executingproject management processes using company or third-partyhardware/software solutions. You will serve as the primary liaisonbetween our organization and the client throughout the entire projectlifecycle-from proposal and order acceptance to project delivery. Youwill collaborate with sales, systems engineering, product development,and other cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of new or existingproducts to clients. You will report to the Application ConsultingManager and work in a hybrid setting from one of our Rockwell Automationoffice locations. Your Responsibilities: Project Management: Manage20-30 projects simultaneously, ranging from $5,000 to $500,000, withdurations from 4 weeks to multiple years. Customer Liaison: Act as thecommercial lead and primary point of contact for customers, coordinatingstatus updates with all stakeholders. Planning & Execution: Develop andmaintain project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure successfuldelivery of project milestones. Risk Management: Identify, monitor, andmitigate project risks, updating risk registers as needed. ResourceCoordination: Coordinate resource requirements from internal andexternal sources. Contract Management: Negotiate, structure, andadminister contractual documents with customers and vendors. SalesSupport: Participate in sales and proposal presentations and supportongoing account activities. Opportunity Identification: Recognize andrecommend additional product/service opportunities within customerorganizations. Oversee negotiation and management of contractualdocuments with customers, partners, and suppliers. Establish operationalobjectives, delegate assignments, and manage team performance.
