Winchester Blvd., San Jose, CA 95128 Job Expectations : Essential Functions u2022 Guide Customers onto Conveyor using hand signals. We do not wash, dry or detail the customeru2019s vehicles by hand. u2022 Take customer orders of Unlimited Memberships, sell Unlimited Memberships within 15-30 seconds (very fast paced). u2022 Learn Duckyu2019s at Chevron Wash Core Values prior to working your first shift. (you will be compensated at hourly rate for time spent and bonus will be paid per membership sold). u2022 Learn Duckyu2019s at Chevron Carwash Service Menu and Unlimited Scripts inside out/100% prior to working your first shift (you will be compensated at hourly rate for time spent on premise to learn and test at 100%) Responsibilities u2022 Having a positive attitude and interaction with employees and customers u2022 Cleaning and maintaining car wash site and equipment. u2022 Assist guest with questions on pricing, service, and awareness. u2022 Guiding customers into car wash tunnel. u2022 Must be able to sell additional services and unlimited memberships. u2022 Maintain and stock chemicals and equipment. u2022 Assist customers to process transactions. u2022 Maintain SAFE environment on-site while working with others. Skills and Experience Required : u2022 A Smile A Customer Service Advisor is all about making people, and their cars, SMILE u2022 Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions, and to effectively communicate with customers and/or coworkers on work-related matters. u2022 Demonstrated ability to be a motivated and co-operative teammate with confidence in work processes and goals. u2022 Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively. u2022 A detail-oriented Organizer to keep site clean and inviting. We clean for a living; our sites should reflect that u2022 A resilient, CONSISTENT, go-getter who sees every customer as a new opportunity. u2022 Someone who loves to be Active and engaged in doing something all the time. u2022 Make sure the Site appearance & Cleanliness (Especially bathrooms) is always at a level that impresses our customers. u2022 Maintain the highest level of professionalism through the way you dress, carry yourself and interact with customers. u2022 Retail and/or Hospitality experience preferred. u2022 Valid Driver's license, good driving record and in-force liability insurance. u2022 Role models Chevron Way values. Selling u2022 Educate every customer on the services that will best fit their needs by proactively explaining the features and benefits of our services. Qualifications u2022 Must be able to stand for periods of time working at kiosk or entrance of car wash tunnel. u2022 Job is outdoors and repetitive. u2022 Must work weekends, holidays, and various hours. Travel u2022 Occasional work and travel between adjacent Chevron Stations Inc Express Wash locations. Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California locations.
