This role provides hands-on clinical support by proctoring clinicians during cases and delivering expert guidance on device setup, usage, and best practices across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care. The specialist collaborates closely with the Professional Education organization to develop and execute customized physician training programs, with a primary focus on EP and Cath Lab healthcare professionals. Additionally, the role supports cardiac surgeons and partners with the clinical education team to address procedural and educational needs.What You Will DoAdminister individual training and mentoring programs on the Company's product(s) for interested physicians, including highly technical training performed within the operating room or lab, both domestically and anize and present regional training sessions and labs for interested physicians.Create and present PowerPoint to both internal and external customersDevelop and assist with technical training to new sales associates and other internal personnel.Cultivate in-depth physician relationships to support clinical education objectives, key opinion leader development, and product experimental interest.Maintain expertise and knowledge in relation to Company products and procedures, as well as current literature, key clinical papers, and trends in the industry. Ensure any relevant medical certifications and licensing are kept up to date.Work with internal personnel to ensure all documentation related to physician training is properly completed and submitted for the Company's internal records system.May assist in the implementation and execution of clinical trials, including site training activities. Ensures all required documentation related to the clinical trial is completed in an accurate, timely, and thorough manner.What You BringBachelor's degree required or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and experience.9+ years combined medical device industry and clinical experience as an HCPAbility to work and communicate effectively with all levels of hospital staff.Must exhibit a thorough working knowledge of typical hospital policies.Ability to work effectively and diplomatically with internal personnel to execute Company strategy, including senior management and sales personnel.Strong experience in the electrophysiology or cardiac cath lab (MUST HAVE)Excellent communication skills, particularly verbal, written, and presentation abilit
