This role emphasizes teamwork and communityengagement while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to the bank'scharacter qualities.ResponsibilitiesIn[vestigate and document fraud cases with customers.Analyze fraud activity, data, and trends to make recommendations.Be well-versed in VISA chargeback regulations to recover disputedlosses.Document and track fraud cases to ensure compliance with requiredtimeframes.Resolve outstanding monetary items and research un-posted or rejecteditems.Provide customer service support to banking center personnel andcustomers.Replace lost, stolen, or fraudulently used cards.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.2 years of banking and/or customer service experience preferred.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Typing and keyboard skills required.Ability to work shifts, including days, nights, evenings, and weekends.Technical skills to multi-task between computer screens, systems, andphones.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with ateam.]{aria-live=
