About the Role The client is seeking a highu2011impact GTM specialist to lead enterprise customer acquisition and expansion across the U.S. market. This role owns strategic accounts, drives complex AI adoption cycles, and plays a key part in shaping commercial strategy as the organization scales. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth u2022 Manage the full sales cycle for strategic enterprise accounts (prospecting u2192 negotiation u2192 closing u2192 expansion). u2022 Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. u2022 Build and maintain a multiu2011millionu2011euro pipeline across priority verticals. GTM Execution & Market Development u2022 Develop regional GTM strategies for key industries and highu2011value customer segments. u2022 Identify and pursue new opportunities across AI, cloud, security, data, and integration use cases. u2022 Represent the client at Cu2011suite and senior technical levels. Crossu2011Functional Leadership u2022 Collaborate with product, engineering, and solutions teams to shape customeru2011centric offerings. u2022 Lead crossu2011functional deal teams to ensure smooth commercial and technical execution. u2022 Provide structured customer feedback to influence product roadmap decisions. Customer Engagement & Success u2022 Build and nurture longu2011term, multiu2011level relationships within enterprise accounts. u2022 Support successful deployment and adoption of AI/ML solutions. u2022 Act as a trusted advisor for digital transformation and innovation initiatives. Preferred Qualifications u2022 Experience in highu2011growth startups or in launching new regions/products. u2022 Background in AI/ML or enterprise data/IT environments. u2022 Experience across U.S. markets. Compensation: $120,000-$140,000/year. Plus commission Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
