Thread Roller Set Up/Operator - Cleveland, OH - Job 26-00088Pay Range: $26.00 - $30.00/HR Permanent Position with BenefitsShift: Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:30pmResponsible for the setup and operation of one or more thread rolling machines.Responsibilities:u2022 Knowledge of thread rolling operations and metal properties is required.u2022 Setup and maintain flat die thread rolling machines for green rolling or re-rolling to remove nicks.u2022 Read blueprints and job routings to determine part specifications and order requirements.u2022 Use gauges and measuring instruments to ensure parts conform to specifications.u2022 Set all tooling as required.u2022 Verify first-piece production dimensions against print specifications.u2022 Perform teardowns after job completion.u2022 Replace and reset thread roll dies as needed.Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.Due to the large amount of resumes we expect to receive only the most qualified candidates will be contacted.
