In this vital role, you will conduct thorough surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and essential site data. Utilizing advanced surveying techniques and state-of-the-art equipment, such as GPS and total stations, you will ensure the accuracy of your findings. Collaboration with engineers, architects, and clients is crucial as you prepare topographic maps and deliver detailed reports in a timely manner. You'll interpret legal documents to establish property boundaries and provide construction stakeout services for various infrastructure projects. You must hold a Professional Land Surveyor license in at least one state. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary, and you should be adept at learning company-specific software and tools.
