Job Title: Delivery Driver Job Description Join our team as a delivery driver, where you will be responsible for warehouse operations and local delivery driving using a 26ft box truck. While the majority of your time will be spent in the warehouse, you will also deliver local orders within a 50-mile radius, with occasional longer trips. Your duties in the warehouse will include pulling orders, packaging, palletizing, loading trucks for shipment, receiving inventory, performing cycle counts, and assisting with will-call customers. You will also need to be comfortable entering data into a computer and using scan guns. Responsibilities + Operate a 26ft box truck for local deliveries within a 50-mile radius. + Pull orders, package, and palletize items in the warehouse. + Load and unload trucks for shipment. + Receive inventory and perform cycle counts. + Assist with will-call customers and provide excellent customer service. + Enter data into a computer system and use scan guns. + Verify items for accuracy and manage paperwork. Essential Skills + Forklift operation experience, ideally with large sit-down lifts used in a metal shop or lumber yard. + Comfortable driving a box truck, including loading and unloading. + Experience with shipping, receiving, and palletizing. + Proficiency in data entry and use of ERP systems, specifically SyteLine ERP. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying items and managing paperwork. + Customer service skills for interacting with will-call customers and during deliveries. + Physical ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50lbs frequently and up to 120lbs on occasion. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Prior experience with manual labor-intensive jobs is advantageous. + Experience using RF scanners. + CDL is not required but beneficial. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
