Description Position Overview Seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support regulatory compliance, commercial contracting, and M& A initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment. This role offers broad exposure across renewables, tax credit compliance, international operations, and corporate transactions. Key Responsibilities + Support international regulatory and environmental compliance related to Asia-based supply chains, renewables, and tax credits + Assist with manufacturing partnerships and agreement management in Saudi Arabia and Texas + Conduct legal research on regulatory and compliance matters + Draft, revise, and manage commercial and corporate agreements (NDAs, supplier, JV, shared purchase, and M& A) + Support tax credit filings in partnership with tax and finance teams + Assist with M& A transactions and general corporate matters What Weu2019re Looking For + Corporate or regulatory paralegal experience preferred + Strong organizational, research, and drafting skills + 90% attitude, 10% skills u2014 enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn Requirements Keys / Must-Haves + Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn - attitude is paramount; training and mentorship will be provided. + Familiarity with contracts, corporate support, or regulatory compliance in a legal or business environment. + Cultural sensitivity and strong communication skills, ideally with experience working alongside international teams.
