Qualifications: Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is highly preferred. 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable and cash applications. 2+ years as accounts receivable lead or manager Intermediate Excel skills, including pivots and lookups. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Lead to manage customer payment applications and lead a team of Accounts Receivable Specialists. This role requires a combination of strong accounting skills, leadership abilities, and effective communication. Responsibilities + Apply customer payments received via Lockbox, EFTs, credit cards, and mail. + Distribute daily cash receipts to various offices. + Process a high volume of customer payments efficiently. + Reconcile daily cash receipts to bank entries. + Research entries posted to cash and respond to inquiries from various offices. + Create and manage AR journal entries. + Manage tasks effectively and lead a team of three AR Specialists. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27/hr.
