Description: You will be the Project Engineer Senior Staff for the Fu201122 Communication, Navigation and Identification team within the Business Operations organization for Engineering & Technology which is responsible for delivering cuttingu2011edge capabilities to the Fu201122 platform. What You Will Be Doing As the Project Engineer Senior Staff you will be responsible for leading crossu2011functional project teams across production operations, program management, and chief engineering stakeholders to deliver highu2011impact solutions for the Fu201122 CNI hardware. Your responsibilities will include: + Serve as the Combat Systems project engineer for the Fu201122 CNI Hardware Team. + Coordinate with Development, Production Readiness, and Sustainment CNI Hardware Teams to identify, track, and mitigate programu2011risk items. + Lead and manage projects addressing Combat Systems and Air Vehicle issues impacting the Fu201122 CNI Hardware systems. + Manage Engineering Contracts related to Production (EVMS performance, Integrated Master Plans, and Integrated Master Schedule). + Prepare and brief leadership on project and contract status. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in engineering/technical discipline or related experience. u2022 Program/project management experience. u2022 Combat systems experience. u2022 Experience Root Cause Corrective Action u2022 Experience working with Supplier Statement of Works. u2022 Experience Risk Management u2022 Experience with contract negotiations, technical evaluations, basis of estimates. u2022 Experience with Earned Value. Desired Skills: u2022 F-22 Development, Production, and/or Sustainment experience. u2022 Risk/opportunity management experience. u2022 Experience developing and presenting executive-level briefings. u2022 Experience with contract management: scope, budget, risk, schedule, and Earned Value Management System (EMVS) principles. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
