Construction Services Admin Associate Job ID 255958 Posted 30-Jan-2026 Service line PJM Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Construction, Project Management Location(s) Cedar Rapids - Iowa - United States of America About the Role As a CBRE Administrative Services Associate, you will provide support for business operations by conducting research, updating, and maintaining databases, preparing company forms, and maintaining confidential files. This job is part of the Administrative Services job function for the construction of a large scale construction project. They are responsible for providing administrative support to areas of the business including operations, teams, job functions, and senior management. What Youu2019ll Do: + Act as an administrative liaison to others within or outside the department and company. + Draft correspondence, compile and prepare data for administrative reports and presentations. + Schedule and maintain calendars, meetings, and travel itineraries, and coordinate related arrangements. + Coordinate unique events and conferences. + Prepare materials for leadership meetings. + Answer calls, research and resolve problems requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures. + Maintain department records. + Support provisioning for contractor personnel. + Support onboarding of Project Management staff + Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques. + Impactu2019s own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related. + Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team. What Youu2019ll Need: + High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience. + A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required. + Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way. + In-depth knowledge of Google Office Suite products. Examples include Docs, Sheets, Mail, etc. u2022 Advanced organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. + Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
