Centerless Grinder Operator / Set Up Schedule: 10-hour shift; Monday - Thursday Benefits: + Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D, and more. + Holidays Off with Pay + Paid time off + 401k Key Responsibilities: + Must demonstrate expertise in machine setup and production operation of centerless grinders and interpretation of specifications. + Must possess the ability to interpret prints and process instructions. + Must possess the ability to use metrology equipment, tooling, and fixtures applicable to the manufacture of specialty aerospace fasteners. + Must be able to follow all safety processes and work in a safety-first environment. + Ability to accurately read blueprints. Skills/Requirement: + Experience in using measuring instruments, such as micrometers, calipers. and preset gauges. + Five years' experience in centerless grinding, thru feed and in feed. + Experience with Cincinatti EA/OM grinders or equivalent. + Ability to accurately read blueprints. Physical Requirements: + Prolonged periods standing and walking. + Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed for running machinery. + Must be able to visually inspect components. + Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
