EAC Network, a leading not-for-profit social service agency dedicated to helping over 80,000 people through 100 impactful programs across Long Island and NYC, is looking for a dedicated full time Case Manager Aide to join the Bronx Treatment Alternatives for Safer Communities (TASC) Program. + Wage: $18 to $20 per hour + Schedule: Monday- Friday: 9AM-5PM + Location: 1020 Grand Concourse North Professional Wing, Bronx NY 10451 What drives the core purpose of this job: The Case Manager Aide is responsible for assisting the Case Management Unit in all aspects of its operations of the program. What are the key Responsibilities: + Assist the Case Management Unit in acting as liaison to the treatment field. + Assist the Case Management Unit with certain aspects of managing a caseload such as record keeping, client interventions, and conducting supervised toxicology testing. + Assist the Case Management Unit by conducting site visits to the treatment programs with a Case Manager, as determined by Case Management Unit, to ensure compliance with contract mandates. + Perform client transports from Court or detention to the treatment program. + Be available to assist the Case Management Unit when clients are in the TASC office for office reports and toxicology testing. + Oversee the Urinalysis Log to ensure that toxicology tests are recorded correctly following the completion of each client's toxicology test. + Participate in on going trainings in substance use, mental health and criminal justice. + Perform all other relevant duties as determined by Supervision and EAC NETWORK Administration. What key knowledge, skills, and abilities are required to excel in this role: + High School Diploma or GED required. + Must have good communication skills, both oral and written. + Must be proficient in computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, calendar, and email and/or database software necessary to perform work assignments.
