Be a part ofhelping people live healthy lives as our new Maintenance Technician.Maintenance Technician SUMMARY Assist in the day-to-day facility upkeep,including manufacturing/distribution equipment repair and preventativemaintenance to assure the facility and equipment are maintained in topcondition. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Assist with day-to-day facility upkeep and manufacturing/distributionequipment repair and preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot, repair, andrebuild mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, HVAC and electrical/electronicequipment. Suggest cost-saving upgrades to equipment and changes toimprove performance of equipment. Assist with the development andmaintenance of SOPs and the Preventative Maintenance program. Coordinateand communicate with cross-functional people regarding maintenanceprojects and requests. Maintain and repair office furniture andequipment. Assist with general facility maintenance including snowremoval, sidewalk maintenance, and lighting replacement. Completemaintenance work orders by requested due dates. Source and order partsand supplies when needed.
