The Skilled Production Operator isresponsible for working in mixing and packaging or assist in other areasof the plant as assigned to do so. This position will haveresponsibilities that include machine operation, quality checks,complete paperwork, using electronic devices, general production dutiesand team member rotations. Shift hours: You will be scheduled to work 5,8-hr shifts between Monday - Friday 1st shift: 5:30 am to 1:30 pm 2ndshift: 1:30 pm to 9:30 am 3rd shift: 9:30 pm to 5:30 am Ability andwillingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights,weekends, and holidays. Plant operation is 24 hours a day 7 days aweek - When demand increases, hours and days can increase. Pay: $20.00per hour Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked on 2nd shift.Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked on 3rd shift.
