JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description LaForce is looking for a skilled Welder tojoin our Metal Frame Production team. In this role, you'll beresponsible for fabricating and assembling hollow metal door framesusing MIG welding and a variety of hand and power tools. If you'rereliable, safety-focused, and take pride in precision work, we want tohear from you Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 3:00pm; Friday,6:30am - 12:30pm Pay: $19/hr. and up based on experience. What You'llDo: Weld, fit, and assemble light-gauge sheet metal frames based on shopdrawings and work orders. Grind and prep welds to meet quality andfinish standards. Use MIG welding equipment, plasma cutters, grinders,saws, and other fabrication tools. Move materials using forklifts andcarts. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Supportcontinuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. What YouBring: Experience in MIG welding (GMAW) and metal fabrication. Abilityto read and interpret shop drawings and production fortable with hand tools and material handling. Willingness to obtainforklift certification (we'll train). Strong work ethic, attention todetail, and dependable attendance. Physical Requirements: Ability tostand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the day. Must be able to lift,carry, and push/pull up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working with tools andequipment on your feet all day. Why LaForce?
