As a FieldService Technician, you will assist with on-site installations,troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of telecommunications productsand equipment that TDS sells and leases. You will have direct,face-to-face contact with our customers and is expected to be proactivewith the sales of TDS services and products. Services include, but arenot limited to, Telephony, Video/CATV/DBS, Internet, and/or high speednetworks. This position exceeds customer expectations by performingextraordinary customer service, identifying customer needs, andproviding them with communications solutions. This position alsounderstands how to use and demonstrate TDS products and seeks salesopportunities while educating the customer. Products & services include(but are not limited to): Local Service, Central Office Services,Structured Cabling, MAC (Moves, Adds and Changes), Voice Mail, Audioand/or Video Conferencing and Non-regulated CPE. Due to in-field supportand on-call requirements, the individual selected for this position willbe required to reside within a 60-minute driving distance from the DePere, WI warehouse located at: 1800 Scheuring Rd Ste A - De Pere, WI54115. This position can be hired at either a Field Service Technician(requisition ID #2026-28581) or Field Service Technician-Network(requisition ID #2026-28582) level depending on the skills andqualifications of the candidate.
