Summary: Coordinate activities of workers concerned with picking,packing, receiving, shipping, delivery, inventory, counter sales, and/orcycle count functions. Perform all warehouse duties, includingpicking/packing, loading trucks, cutting wire, general clean up,receiving product into system, and/or product put away. Timeline andExpectations Werner will be posting the summer warehouse positionsstarting in January which will run through the start of summer. We willbe selecting candidates to move forward with from HR phone screen tovirtual hiring manager interview during this time. Minimum & PreferredRequirements Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. Related picking/packing orgeneral warehouse experience a plus. Basic computer and math skillsrequired. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Identify and prioritizeworkload in area(s) of responsibility and assign team members tocomplete workload. Ensure that customer orders are processed in anaccurate and timely manner. Issue written and oral instructions. Assignduties and examine work for accuracy, neatness, and conformance topolicies and procedures. Advise team members on care and preservation ofitems and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, andshipping stock. Assist employees with work process problems. Create teamatmosphere and resolve complaints; seek guidance or assistance frommanager if unable to resolve. Communicate company information to teammembers as applicable. Convey materials and items from receiving areasto storage or to other designated areas. Sort and place materials oritems on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence.Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets orshelves or convey orders to packing station or shipping department. Packand verify customer orders. Use computer to enter records or referencestock. May plan or participate in planning of warehouse layout and otherstorage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factorsof items... For full info follow application link.
