Your main priorities are: + Caring for residents by promptly answering resident calls. + Providing top-notch customer service by following up with residents after repairs + Keeping an eye on the details of the property from the grounds to routine upkeep + Staying proactive about maintenance repairs Preparing apartments for move-in and turn-over + Participating in rotating on-call and snow removal, which includes occasional weekends and evening Requirements + Full Time Position: Monday through Friday 8am u2013 4:30 pm to start + Experience working on all aspects of building maintenance. + Dependable transportation to get to work and a valid driver license. + Able to be on call in on-call rotation, multi-site on-call split between local communities. + On standby 24-7 to respond to mandatory overtime for floods, snow removal etc. + Primary residency within 30 minutes of our property + Ability to meet physical demands moving appliances, water heaters, snow removal etc. The Scully Benefit:Above all else, Scully offers an incredible family business culture that continues to win awards year after year.
