This job was posted by : For moreinformation, please see: OverviewThe Vermont Department of Public Service's (PSD) AdministrativeServices Team seeks an experienced, flexible, and self-motivatedContracts & Grants Administrator.The successful candidate will support programs housed within PSDincluding the Vermont Community Broadband Board (VCBB), supporting theirmission of accessible internet for all Vermonters. Primaryresponsibilities include contract and grant preparation, routing,processing, tracking, and reporting. Additional duties include datainput into VISION modules, grant management systems, and other businessoffice functions. The Administrator will be expected to interact withother state departments, municipalities, businesses, and non-profitorganizations.The Department of Public Service works to advance Vermonters' qualityof life, economy, and security through implementation of the statewideenergy and telecommunications plans, strong public advocacy of thepublic good and strong consumer protection advocacy.This position is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule, with a minimumof three days per week required in office in Montpelier. Environmental FactorsDuties are performed in a standard office setting, but may involve sometravel for which private means of transportation is required. Someevening or overtime work may be necessary. Interaction with grantees,contractors and consultants through phone contact is required.
