Press Operator Trainee. $19 - $21/hour. 2nd Shift.Job Summary & RequirementsJob Summary:The Press Operator Trainee (Press Helper) assists Press Operators in the setup and operation of equipment following CCLs Standard Operating Procedures.Duties/Responsibilities: Assist Press Operator by ensuring they have the proper material and supplies. Help set up new jobs by installing plates, cylinders, rollers, dies and screens. Ensure rolls of raw material are mounted on the unwind shaft during production run. Perform total preventive maintenance on the press and all equipment.Required Skills/Abilities: Mechanical knowledge Analytical thinking Eagerness to learn Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to work in a team environment Dependable and dedicated Task orientationEducation and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Manufacturing experience.Physical Requirements: Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, for prolonged periods.
