Henkel Consumer Brands is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead strategic growth for our U.S. Consumer Hair portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, innovation, and go-to-market execution, and plays a critical role in shaping the future of our hair brands in a dynamic, competitive category. The ideal candidate brings a strong strategic mindset, a passion for consumer-centric innovation, and the ability to translate insights into actionable brand and product strategies. This role will lead a team of 2 Associate Brand Managers and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as Commercial Strategy, Consumer Insights, Category Development, Supply Chain and R&D. What youu00b4ll do + Own and evolve long-term strategies for the Consumer Hair category, balancing equity building with near-term growth priorities. + Lead go-to-market planning for launches and key initiatives, collaborating with agency teams and internal stakeholders. + Oversee innovation and pipeline development, from identifying consumer and trend opportunities through concept development, business case creation, and launch execution. + Translate consumer, market, and performance insights into clear strategic direction, positioning, and portfolio choices. + Partner with R&D, Packaging, and Supply Chain to drive consumer-led innovation that is differentiated, feasible, and commercially viable. + Own brand financials including budget management, forecast inputs, and investment prioritization. + Collaborate closely with Sales and Commercial teams to ensure strong customer alignment, compelling selling stories, and successful execution at retail. + Manage and develop two direct reports, fostering strategic thinking, accountability, and growth within the team. + Serve as a key brand voice in senior leadership forums, agency briefings, and cross-functional decision making. What makes you a good fit + 6+ years of experience in brand management, innovation, or strategic marketing within CPG + Proven ability to lead strategy and innovation. Experience shaping portfolios, pipelines and/or brand direction is critical. + Strong analytical and insight-driven approach; comfortable working with market data, consumer research, and financials to inform decisions. + Demonstrated people leadership experience with a passion for developing talent. + Ability to influence cross-functionally and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders. + Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. + Bacheloru2019s degree required; MBA preferred. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
