Job Description: u2022 Research and find Events and Shows within our assigned territory u2022 Negotiate Contracts with the Event Vendors u2022 Book an annual calendar of Events and Shows u2022 Recruit, hire and train Event Demonstrators u2022 Schedule Demonstrators to work Events u2022 Coordinate booth and display set-up and tear down u2022 Set appointments for a Free In-Home Consultation at the Events and Shows u2022 Collect Contest Entries u2022 Follow up on the Contest Entries and schedule them for a Free In-Home Consultation u2022 Measure and report results Qualifications: u2022 Strong communications skills u2022 Positive, outgoing personality u2022 Strong planning and organizational skills u2022 Ability to coach, train and motivate others u2022 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment u2022 Ability to stand for long periods of time u2022 Ability to lift 30 pounds Must be available to work weekends.
