Daytime Maintenance Attendant

Overview The Garage Maintenance is responsible for the upkeep of the assigned area. The Garage Maintenance duties include but are not limited to pulling trash, cleaning elevators and lobbies, cleaning entrances, and making sure the garage is litter free. The Garage Maintenance also will remove cobwebs, clean signs, shutters, and stairwells along with complete other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor. The Garage Maintenance also responds to safety hazards and gives supplies inventory reports to the Supervisor.
