Description We are looking for an experienced Epicor/Syteline Consultant to join our team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. In this Contract to permanent role, you will play a critical part in supporting and enhancing our ERP and CRM systems, with a strong focus on report writing and administrative tasks. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can collaborate with various departments, address technical challenges, and provide insights for system improvements. Responsibilities: u2022 Design and develop custom reports to meet the needs of various departments, ensuring accuracy and usability. u2022 Act as a technical liaison between end-users and system administrators, providing solutions to technical inquiries and challenges. u2022 Research and resolve issues within the Syteline ERP system, ensuring seamless functionality. u2022 Collaborate with the team on system upgrades and enhancements, including participation in the potential migration to cloud-based solutions. u2022 Streamline and optimize the report library by consolidating similar reports into reusable formats. u2022 Provide administrative support for ERP and CRM systems, maintaining data integrity and system performance. u2022 Work closely with stakeholders, including sales teams, project managers, and shop floor personnel, to understand reporting needs and deliver effective solutions. u2022 Utilize Microsoft SQL and SSRS for database queries and reporting. u2022 Explore opportunities to incorporate Power BI for advanced analytics and visualization. u2022 Ensure system configurations align with business requirements and support ongoing improvements. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP and CRM systems, including Syteline and Epicor. u2022 Proficiency in report writing tools such as SSRS and Microsoft SQL. u2022 Strong understanding of structured query language (SQL) and database management. u2022 Ability to address technical questions and support system-related inquiries effectively. u2022 Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. u2022 Familiarity with system upgrade processes and cloud-based ERP solutions is preferred. u2022 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address system-related challenges. u2022 Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and convey technical concepts clearly.
