JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Senior Leasing Coordinator is responsible forleading and managing facilities and lease agreement activities acrossall sites within the Bay Family of Companies. This role ensures alllease agreements, service contracts, and temporary labor agreementsalign with company policies and legal standards. In addition tooverseeing contract administration, the Senior Leasing Coordinator playsa strategic role in planning, project execution, team leadership, anddriving continuous improvement initiatives within the leasing function.Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate leasing activities for operationalsites nationwide, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.Develop and maintain strong, consultative relationships with PlantManagers to proactively address equipment and facility needs. Overseethe review of lease and contract documents to ensure compliance withcompany policies, legal standards, and third-party leasing requirements.Manage vendor and contractor relationships to support facilitymaintenance and leasing operations, including oversight of the vendorcertification program. Respond to inquiries regarding facilityagreements and equipment orders, providing expert guidance andresolution. Direct and support contract administration processes,including the preparation and organization of files, documents, andreports. Lead cross-functional leasing projects, ensuring timelyexecution, budget adherence, and stakeholder alignment. Identify andimplement process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, andcost-effectiveness across leasing operations. Mentor and provideguidance to junior leasing team members, fostering collaboration andprofessional development. Communicate effectively with internal andexternal stakeholders to resolve complex leasing and contract-relatedissues. Serve as a key contributor to strategic planning initiativesrelated to facilities and leasing. Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications: Associate's degree, required (bachelor's degree,preferred) 4+ years of corporate-level experience in facilities,leasing, or contract administration. Experience with commercialinsurance and vendor risk management. Proven ability to lead projectsand drive process improvements. Strong organizational, analytical, andproblem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, andleadership abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and otherrelevant software tools.
