JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Gymnastics Coordinator plays a vital role indelivering high-quality gymnastics programming for youth of all ages.This position oversees daily operations of recreational classes,competitive teams, and camps while ensuring a safe, positive, andengaging environment. With a focus on strong leadership, excellentinstruction, and youth development principles, the Coordinator supportsstaff, guides athletes, and helps create memorable experiences forfamilies and participants alike. This 25 hour a week position offers agenerous benefits package that includes 10 days of vacation per year, 12sick days per year (6 of which can be taken like vacation days), 12 paidholidays, 2 personal days, and the ability to earn an additional 2 daysof PTO through our wellness program.
