This is accomplished through territory planning, selling, merchandising and communicating the achievement of company and supplier objectives.This route will cover our dedicated limited-service retail chains.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute against all sales and distribution goals by adhering to the monthly quarterly and annual business objectives and company initiativesMaximize distribution, displays and promotions for all new and existing products in all channels of the businessEnsure Red Bull Store Standards are followed and implemented in all accounts and channelsManage inventory expenses to company policyTrack and monitor all monthly Red Bull brand goals and objectivesWork with district manager to execute and track all company and supplier goals to include volume, profit, distribution and promotional activityEffectively sell, rotate and merchandise the Columbia Distributing portfolio in all assigned accountsHave a thorough knowledge of all decision makers in each accountAssist and attend all sales meetings, promotional events and company events/functionsMaintain a high level of industry knowledge: Red Bull, beer, non-alcohol, food journals, trends, market share, etc.Participate in store resets, representing the company in a professional mannerProvide exceptional customer service and follow through, while developing rapport with assigned accountsMaintain positive, cooperative and team oriented relationships with those you interact with while workingAdhere to all state liquor laws and regulationsSubmit all required reporting, preplans, trackers, surveys, market surveys (MVP's) expense report, mileage log, etc.Monitor competitive activity and communicate strategiesConduct promotions in assigned accounts monthly as requiredMinimum visibility in assigned accounts need to be equal or greater to competitionComplete all other tasks of projects as assignedKey CompetenciesGeneral knowledge of industry productsProficiency with Microsoft Office suiteExcellent oral and written communication skillsBilingual preferredEffective organizational and time management skillsAbility to develop strong relationships with internal and external customersWork EnvironmentThis job operates in our accounts, mostly indoors with occasional outdoor work.Physical DemandsLift/Carry 50lbsPush/pull up to 100 lbsBend/stoop/crouch/squat/use arms/wrists/hands/graspClimb stairs/ladderWork indoors and outdoorsDriveOperate equipmentExpected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, days/hours of work vary, and may include weekends.TravelLocal travel onlyRequired Education and ExperienceBachelor's degreeHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum two (2) year previous sales experienceMinimum one (1) year previous beverage industry experienceCompensationActual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.Employees (and their families) are eligible for medica
