Job Description - Warehouse Associate _(For Quicker Response, Email Resume Directly To: )_ Overview: A reliable and detailu2011oriented Warehouse Worker is needed to support daily material handling, inventory control, and shipping/receiving operations. This role is essential to maintaining efficient production flow and ensuring that materials and finished goods are accurately stored, tracked, and delivered. Key Responsibilities: Material Handling + Receive, unload, and verify incoming materials and components. + Accurately label, store, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations. + Pull and deliver materials to production areas according to work orders and schedules. Inventory Management + Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits. + Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems. + Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials promptly. Shipping & Receiving + Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation. + Coordinate with carriers and ensure shipments meet required deadlines. + Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. General Warehouse Operations + Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment safely. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. + Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and ESD handling requirements when applicable. Qualifications + Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred. + Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required. + Basic computer skills for inventory entry and tracking. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. + Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Compensation & Schedule + Pay Range: $17u2013$19 per hour, based on experience. + Schedule: Mondayu2013Friday, 8:00 AM u2013 5:00 PM . Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
