THE JOB:Join the excitement at MGM Springfield as a Surveillance Operator, whereyou'll play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative environmentthat prioritizes outstanding service for guests and employees alike.Your responsibilities will include ensuring a fair, safe, and secureatmosphere by upholding company policies, procedures, and relevant laws,creating accountability across the board. THE STARTING RATE: $22.00 perhour THE DAY-TO-DAY: Operate various closed-circuit television (CCTV)technology to monitor and review casino activities, archive audio andvideo evidence and monitor the system for malfunctions. Proactivelymonitor all casino areas and personnel to promote accountability withpolicies and procedures, identify suspicious activity, and deter fraudand theft. Proactively observe and review video then complete requireddocumentation regarding specific incidents including but not limited toguest complaints, procedure errors, risk management issues, playerevaluations, theft, and variances. Identify trends and abnormalities byreviewing data through various software applications and investigatinganomalies.
