Potential income - up to: $85,000NO WEEKENDS!Medical, Dental, Life, and Vision Insurance available after two full calendar months of employment401(k) retirement planShort-term and long-term disability PTO (paid time off)No weekends!Climate-controlled facilityProfessional working environmentResponsibilities - Service Advisor:Schedule appointments with customersMeet and greet customersWork with customer and technician to identify required maintenance using service history dataAdvise customers on necessary/suggested services, notify customer of any current special promotions and upsell additional servicesCompute cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customerEstimate cost of mechanical, electric, or other repairsEnter itemized estimate on service order and explain estimate to customer to gain their understanding of all services providedDetermine progress of repair/service orders and inform customer accordinglyEnsure comprehensive re-delivery check of customer vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and that all items identified for service/repair have been carried out appropriately and on scheduleReview results of customer satisfaction surveys with service managerEstablish positive relationships with customersQualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor:At least 1 year of Service Advisor experience is requiredMust have experience with demonstrated success as an Auto Service Advisor/Writer and have a pattern of 'sticking around'.
