This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of field experience who is eager to grow their career in construction management. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, clients, and subcontractors to help ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within scope. Learn more at Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & SupportAssist Project Managers in daily operations, including RFIs, submittals, schedules, and document control.Help develop and track project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.Client & Subcontractor CommunicationFacilitate effective communication between field teams, clients, and design professionals.Attend OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings and record meeting minutes.Support issue resolution through proactive follow-up and detailed documentation.Estimating & Preconstruction AssistanceAssist with estimating tasks, including takeoffs, bid coordination, and scope reviews.Help compile and analyze subcontractor bids and pricing information.Project Closeout & DocumentationHelp manage punch list completion and final inspections.Assist in assembling closeout documents, warranties, and turnover packages.
