Job Title: Utility Worker Job Description In this role, you will receive comprehensive training from our team to ensure you are set up for success. You will be involved in a variety of tasks that contribute to the manufacturing process and work collaboratively in groups. Responsibilities + Gathering and moving materials to and from the production line + Gathering finished products and ensuring quality + Participating in continuous training and understanding of the manufacturing process + Monitoring machine operations Essential Skills + Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment + Experience working a 2nd or 3rd shift + Ability to be a team player, as this role involves a lot of collaboration and teamwork Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience working off a work order + Experience in any type of industrial environment + Machine operating experience can lead to higher pay rates and positions Why Work Here? Work Environment You will be part of a dynamic team working on either the 2nd shift from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm with a $1.40 shift differential or the 3rd shift from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am with a $2.00 shift differential. The environment is industrial, focusing on collaboration, using state-of-the-art equipment, and promoting growth through training and teamwork. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holyoke, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.93 - $19.53/hr.
