Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) - Local is a hard services-led, tailored facility management solution. We self-perform hard services while partnering with best-in-class soft service providers to offer custom facility and project management solutions to our clients. About the Role: As a CBRE Project Management Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. What Youu2019ll Do: u2022 Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. u2022 Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification. u2022 Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. u2022 Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients. u2022 Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements. u2022 Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated. u2022 Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals. u2022 Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances. u2022 Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. u2022 Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks. u2022 Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. u2022 Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. u2022 Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement. u2022 Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams u2022 Work within broad guidelines and policies. u2022 Explain difficult or sensitive information. What Youu2019ll Need: u2022 Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. u2022 Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred. u2022 Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. u2022 Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. u2022 In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. u2022 Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. u2022 Sophisticated math skills. California Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidateu2019s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Manager position is $143,500 annually, and the maximum is $170,000, with up to 10% Annual Performance Bonus. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidateu2019s skills, qualifications, and experience.
