Job Description NOTE: This position is located at Nordstrom's downtown Seattle headquarters and follows a hybrid work model, with four days in the office and one remote workday each week. Our talented fashion design team, the Nordstrom Product Group (NPG), develops, designs, produces, and sources all Nordstromu2011brand products. As an Associate Technical Designer, you will create original samples ensuring that Design and Fit are aligned with the Brand DNA of the product/category. You will lead fit sessions and ensure fit and quality exceed customer expectations. You will work with our vendor/factory partners and provide measurement worksheets and visual construction pages, manage sample development and fit approvals, communicate construction changes to factories and you will support block pattern development in partnership with Pattern Engineers and Designers. Washington: $69,000 - $110,500 annually This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
