Clinical Diabetes SpecialistJob LocationUS-OH-CincinnatiID2026-3982CategorySalesPosition StatusRegular Full-TimePosition ScheduleMonday-FridayShift8am -5 pmOverviewGenerates new CGM and Insulin Pump referrals by providing virtual and in-person clinical support to prescribing CGM and insulin pump HCPs and patients within an assigned region. Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team in identifying opportunities to open new referral sources and get deeper in existing accounts by providing clinical support. Works closely with the VP of sales and National Clinical Manager in prioritizing time and schedule to ensure the best possible ROI within the assigned territoriesThe successful candidate will report directly to the Director, National Clinical. The position location is within assigned territory, and the placement must be willing to travel frequently.ResponsibilitiesEndocrinologist and HCP officesManufacturing partnersDevelop and maintain professional relationships with AE's and manufacturing partnersProvide clinical support and education to offices and patients that result in new CGM and insulin pump referralsDocument office visits with notes in Salesforce and Keep Salesforce Calendar updated weeklyDeliver, pre-pump education, pump training, and post-training follow-upCollaborate with and report patient status to prescribing HCPsDeliver CGM and insulin pump virtual and in-person in-services to physicians, educators, payers, and CCS staffProvide clinical training and education to: Sales, Enterprise Sales and Enterprise Customers, HCPS and Patients, and all CCS employeesComplete documentation of all education sessions in SalesforceParticipate in programs and in-house meetings on product information and new proceduresAssist in the development of diabetes materials with MarketingProvide one-on-one training for employees as neededAttend Regional and National CCS Meetings and Trade Shows or events a requested.Maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive informationMaintain regular, predictable, and consistent attendance, with flexibility to meet departmental needsFollow all Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and private insurance regulations and requirementsAbide by all regulations, policies, procedures, and standardsDesired OutcomesBuilding Customer Loyalty: Effectively meets and exceeds customer needs, builds productive customer relationships, and takes responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.Building Partnerships: Identifies opportunities and takes action to build and maintain strategic relationships between one's area and other teams, departments, customers, or organizations to help achieve business goals.Building Trust: Interacts with others in a way that gives them confidence in one's intentions and those of the organization.Customer Focus: Ensures that the customer perspective is a driving force behind business decisions and activities; crafts and implements service practices that meet customers' and own organization's needs.Follow-up: Monitors the results of delegation, assignments, or projects; considers the skills, knowledge, and experience of the assigned individuals and the characteristics of the assignment or project.Gaining Commitment: Uses appropriate interpersonal styles and techniques to gain acceptance of ideas and plans and modifies behavior to accommodate tasks, situations, and individuals itiating Action: Takes prompt action to accomplish objectives; takes action to achieve goals beyond what is requ
