The Work: + Design and lead the creation of attractive, cost-effective solutions that will transform clientsu2019 businesses + Plan, design, and build complex digital roadmaps for manufacturing solutions + Act as a Digital manufacturing translator bridging business requirements and Digital manufacturing technology enablers + Create business cases for technological and organizational transformation + Lead small teams to be responsive and efficient + Full lifecycle experience in developing and implementing solution in real world environment Job Requirements: + Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% from time to time depending on business need and client requirements. Hereu2019s what you Need: + Minimum 7 years of experience with manufacturing systems and manufacturing environments + Minimum 5 years' experience with ERP, MES, PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS integration + Minimum 5 years real-life experience deploying AI-enabled solutions to manufacturing + Minimum 5 years real-life experience deploying AWS, Azure, and or GCP solutions Bonus points if: + Demonstrated experience with loosely coupled, micro-services platform architectures, containerization (docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing. + Expertise in AI/ML framework and cybersecurity best practices (including OT security) + Experience in architecting for use cases in Manufacturing + You have communication superpowers (speaking, writing, and listening) and youu2019re passionate about collaboration and teamwork + You have confidence and poise in spades, and an ability to relate to board level executives + You enjoy being on the move, visiting clients and partners for meetings and workshops Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
