Job OverviewAs a General Virtual Assistant (Healthcare), you will support US-based healthcare providers and organizations by handling a mix of patient-facing and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for candidates with Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience, particularly those who have supported healthcare, insurance, or medical accounts.You will work closely with your assigned client, their patients, and internal clinic staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
