This role plays a critical part in providing safe, reliable, andwell-maintainedhousing foractive-dutyservice members and their families. Technicians are empowered to independently troubleshoot issues and complete repairs while adhering to safety, quality, and military installation standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on residential homes, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and building systemsTroubleshoot and diagnose equipment and system issues to determineappropriate repairsolutionsRespond to service requests and emergency maintenance calls ina timelyand professional mannerConductmove-in, moveout, and routine home inspections to ensure quality standards are metMaintainaccuratemaintenance records, work orders, and inventory using company systemsFollow all safety protocols, OSHA requirements, and military installation regulationsCommunicate effectively with residents, supervisors, and team members to ensure excellent service deliveryAssistwith special projects, renovations, and community improvemenwork purposes.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDrequired1+ years of experience in residential, facilities, or maintenance workWorking knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenanceAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and work ordersValid driver’s license and ability tooperatecompany vehiclesAbility tolift upto 50lbsand work in various positions (standing, kneeling, climbing)Preferred QualificationsHVAC, electrical, or maintenance certificationsExperience working in residential housing or property management environmentsFamiliarity with CMMS or workorder tracking systemsExperience working on or near military installationsEPA Universal CertificationSkills & CompetenciesStrong troubleshooting andproblem-solvingskillsCustomer service mindset with professionalism and respectAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAttention to detail and quality workmanshipCommitment to safety and compliance standardsWork Environment & Physical RequirementsWork performed within occupied residential homes and outdoor community areasExposure to noise, dust, tools, equipment, and varying weather conditionsStanding, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting requiredUse of required personal protective equipment (PPE)Military FriendlyEmployer StatementLiberty Military Housing proudly supports veterans, military spouses, and individuals familiar with military communities.Equal Opportunity EmployerLiberty Military Housing is an equal opportunity employer andmaintainsadiscrimination freeworkplace.
