You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues, contribute ideas, champion process improvements, and help deliver top-tier legal solutions in an environment built on compassion, connection, and growth.What You’ll Be DoingIdentify clients’ legal needs and provide clear, strategic counselExplain legal options and empower clients to define their goalsRepresent clients in negotiations and courtroom proceedingsDeliver optimal, cost-effective legal assistanceEnsure clients feel supported throughout their matterWhat You BringLicensed, active, and in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association5+ years of legal experience (Family Law/Washington experience preferred)Motion, mediation, collaborative, and trial training a plusFamiliarity with King, Snohomish, and Pierce County local rules (or ability to learn quickly)Experience with Dropbox, Adobe, MS Office 365, Slack, Apple, and Clio (or ability to learn quickly)Stellar writing skills (writing sample required)Willingness to be coached and practice radical candorStrong sense of community, social and emotional intelligence, and a sense of humorPassion for empowering clients through informationCommitment to mutually agreed-upon billable hour requirementsStable internet and phone accessAbility to attend in person for court, mediations, and meetingsAbility to relate to individuals from diverse backgroundsDesire to network, market, and be a leader in your communityHave big dreamsElise Buie Family Law Group is an equal-opportunity employer.
