You’ll begin with a small but capable group of plumbers and plumbing technicians—and you’ll lead the charge to grow the department to meet rising customer demand.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, hire, onboard, and train plumbers and plumbing technicians to support expansion and elevate team performance.Manage daily plumbing operations, ensuring efficiency, high quality work, and alignment with company standards.Partner with dispatch to optimize scheduling, maximize productivity, and maintain strong customer communication.Set the daily tone for the department—bringing energy, accountability, motivation, and strong leadership.Establish and uphold performance standards across the team with clear expectations and consistent coaching.Drive exceptional craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and service excellence across all plumbing jobs.What You BringProven experience leading a plumbing department or plumbing operations team is strongly preferred.Demonstrated success building and developing teams in a fast‑growth environment.Strong leadership ability with a passion for mentoring and developing technicians.Customer‑first mindset with a commitment to quality and professionalism.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Excellent communication, coaching, and decision‑making skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience in ServiceTitan is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive compensation package with total annual earnings (salary + bonus) projected between $110K-$130K+Company vehicle and covered travel expensesHealth, Vision, and Dental coverage for you and your family401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Life InsuranceOngoing training, development programs, and growth opportunitiesA fantastic work environment with a supportive leadership teamApex Service Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
